The reception staff speak English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic and of course Italian.

All our rooms are quiet and romantic.

> What are the check in and check out times?
Check in at 13:00 and check out before 11:00.

> Are the prices stated per room or per person?
All prices are per room.

> Can my modem be connected in the room?
Yes.

> Is the bill settled on departure or arrival?
As preferred by the guest.

> Do the rooms have a balcony?
Many of our third floor rooms have balconies overlooking the Vatican.

> Do you have non-smoking accommodation?
All rooms are non smoking.

> Does the air-conditioning cost extra?
Air-conditioning is included in the room price.

> Do you have foreign satellite television in the rooms?
Foreign satellite and pay per view are available in all rooms.

> Where is the nearest car rental?
You can rent cars directly from our hotel reception.

> Do you have parking facilities available?
There is a garage service available for a charge.

> How far away are you from the Airports?
Both of Rome’s main airports are around 30-40 minutes drive.  The Airports can now be accessed by set taxi tariffs of €30 (Ciampino) and €40 (Fiumicino).

> How far away are the nearest Metro and bus stops?
The nearest Metro and main bus stops are within five minutes walk.

> How far away are the nearest train stations?
San Pietro is ten minutes walk, and Termini central station is around 10-15 minutes on the Metro.

> Does the hotel have a gym?
Unfortunately not, but there is a well equipped local gym near by.

> Are pets welcome?
Unfortunately no pets are welcome.

> Is there a restaurant on the property?
No, but the area is full of quality restaurants to suit all budgets.
